House of 160M2 on ground of 1500M2, located in an impasse of the housing estate of the Dunes of Piquey, in border of forest.
10 minutes walk from the pontoon beach of Piquey (with shops nearby: Pascal Bakery and its famous White Dunes, grocery stores, fruits and vegetables ...) and 5 minutes by car or 1/4 hour by bike from the OCEAN beach supervised by the TRUC VERT.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms with two bathrooms. (+ a desk with 2 extra beds) Fully equipped, you also get a plancha (barbecue forbidden), toys for children, a library and WIFI access.
