Beautiful ground-floor apartment located in a charming, typically Valencian-style villa, one of our favorite homes, ideal for families. Located on a 5,000 m² orange grove, just 650 meters from Els Molins beach and 450 meters from Nova Denia. The completely private house is fully equipped. There is a dining room ideal for entertaining up to 7 people, a living room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The lower part of the house is rented. The first floor is occupied by a very discreet family who care for the estate. They have completely private outdoor areas for guests: a swimming pool, covered terraces, a barbecue, and more. These areas will provide discretion and tranquility. The gardens (orange groves) and parking are shared with the estate's caretakers.
