This delightful mid-terrace cottage rests on the outskirts of Great Harwood, Lancashire and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.

Windmill Cottage is a wonderful mid-terrace cottage situated in Great Harwood, Lancashire. The property boasts three bedrooms: one double, one twin with a Juliet balcony and one single, served by a family bathroom. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, as well as a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside has an enclosed patio and decking areas with furniture, as well as off-road parking. Windmill Cottage provides an excellent choice for those looking to explore this picturesque area.
Note: Please no candles are to be lit or used during your stay.

Amenities: Gas burning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Front forecourt area for unloading out the car. and to the rear accessed by stairs leading to multi-level patio with furniture . Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop and pub 0.6 miles. Note: Stairgate is kept under the stairs and can be fitted at the top of the stairs, care to be taken. Please Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £200.00. Please note: as this property backs on to open farmland, it does have farm style fencing to the rear of the property. Please note: Children should be supervised at all times when outside due to walls at the front and rear of the property which have a high drop. Property sleeps 5 people including infants
