ANDROID system also has access to TV series and movies can be watched via apps, such as KODI etc, on the ANDROID system at no extra cost. Apartment also has FREE WIFI so anyone wanting to work or holiday at the same time like we do on occasions.

Superb gardens with pine trees with adults and separate child pool for younger children. Free access to WIFI within communal complex (subject to availability) as well as the apartment. Brand new pools built and re-opened in 2020. Pool opens May to September/October (subject to confirmation by community).
Guests booking the apartment will need to follow the Spanish government COVID rules as well as the rules set by the community which are subject to change. Any rule changes are outside the control of the owners.

FREE electricity & hot water. AIRCON units fitted to both bedrooms and lounge. Air conditioning for summer or winter use on a coin meter which accepts 1 or 2 euro coins.
KEY PICK UP - someone will meet you at the apartment with the keys if feasible. Arrangement for key collection will be confirmed prior to guests arriving . For late afternoon/evening weekday arrivals after 8pm, weekend or Spanish bank holiday someone can meet you at the apartment with the keys for a fee of €30, THIS IS NOT REFUNDABLE. If guests live in UK set of keys can be posted (depending on availability) at no additional charge about 2 weeks before arrival. Please note damage bond will be held until keys are turned to us.
Taxis from airport to the apartment cost around €50.
One can catch the train to Torreblanca which cost over €2 (euros) from Malaga airport to Torreblanca train station. The apartment is a few minutes walk from Torreblanca train station.
Only a short walk to the beach which stretches for 7km (European flag award. A great choice of sun beds, fishing area and children play areas. There are plenty of activities for all ages. Also you will find numerous bars, and restaurants.
We have a private parking space for anyone wanting to use a car, Although the local transport can take you to numerous places for only a few euros.
