Villa "Son Perxa" is located in the east of Mallorca, just 7 minutes by car from Petra, is located on a plot of 14,000 m² and offers beautiful views of the Puig de Bonany and other parts of the island. You can do your daily shopping in a typical Mallorquin - Petra village, where you will find some restaurants and small supermarkets. The famous weekly market takes place every Wednesday in Sineu, which is only 16 km away. The beautiful beach of Serra Marina will seduce you with its fine white sand and its flat descent towards the sea.

The rural location offers you total peace of mind, which makes it especially suitable for demanding guests seeking rest and relaxation without compromising the proximity to shops and restaurants. The centerpiece of the villa surrounded by lush vegetation is the pool with a large illuminated terrace that offers plenty of space for all guests. There are 10 high quality wooden sun loungers, as well as umbrellas for anyone who prefers a little more UV protection. The large pool has comfortable entrance steps and a safe area for children 3 x 3 x 0.6 m, ideal for splashing. Also, for those who get up soon, a good idea, swim in the pool 15 m before breakfast. The house is completely surrounded by a beautiful and wide stone terrace that is mainly at ground level. In it you will find the necessary shade during hot days, as well as excellent rest areas where you can share meals or even have an abundant barbecue in the occasional afternoon.

The interior environment of the house can be described as tasteful and totally comfortable. The house has air conditioning in all rooms so you can have the perfect temperature every hour. There are five double bedrooms, four bathrooms and a guest toilet. Three of the bathrooms have a comfortable bathtub. This house is ideal for two or even three families. In addition, it offers a large living and dining room with two open fireplaces that provide the house with a pleasant warmth during the winter. Board games are also available on the site for a fun hobby together with your family. In addition, central heating is naturally available for colder days, which makes this house suitable for any time of the year. In the living room, you will find comfortable armchairs and sofas with a flat-screen satellite TV. If you decide not to dine on the beautiful terrace, you can also enjoy an excellent meal inside where you will find a large dining room table.

Large kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, filter coffee maker and espresso machine.

The Mallorcan family that owns the farm also manages an excellent restaurant with typical Majorcan cuisine, which is located in the middle of the land with 6 luxury villas, one of them is the VILLA PERXA. The restaurant is called Sa Font de Petra and can be accessed by a beautiful island trail with a 3-4 minute walk. As long as you don't feel like cooking, you can comfortably enjoy a delicious meal there, with extraordinary food and stunning views from the elevated terrace. A breakfast service is also offered.

For very large itinerant groups, we also offer the opportunity to rent this house together with 5 other villas: "Son Perxa", "Sa Pleta", "Son March", "Sa Sinia", "Son Capellet". All properties are close to each other, but are completely independent and have a high level of privacy. The 6 surrounding villas have a tennis court and a volleyball court.
