Anicca is a newly built luxury two-bedroom villa of 100 sq.m.
The villa is designed by Markat Construction Company.
The owner and the Architect is Vasilis Markezinis.
Located on a hill top of Meganisi Island above Vathy with equal distances to all 3 villages, has great ocean side views in a stunning natural surrounding and it's perfect for walkers.

It has its own private swimming pool and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

A spacious open-plan lounge with en suite, fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with Queen sized bed with en suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with twin beds converted into a King sized bed (all sleeping amenities are bespoke Cocomat nature line and all bathrooms offer Zealots natural toiletries), a main large 2-basin bathroom with bathtub and visitors WC with shower, service room with laundry and a private parking area.
BBQ area also provided.
The villa is fully air-conditioned.
