The house is located in a strategic position, 200 meters from the sea, it also allows you to easily reach the historic center on foot: a small medieval village and its characteristic narrow streets.
The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is on two floors, composed of large and very bright rooms, with 8/10 beds, a large equipped kitchen, which leads to a balcony along the entire perimeter of the house.
Dining room with sofa and equipped with two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with a bath.
Furthermore you can enjoy a splendid sea view from the roof terrace, perfect for relaxing or eating outdoors.
Also suitable for two families. you will find free parking on site.
During the day you can choose to relax on the terrace, sunbathe on the beach or discover old customs, ancient crafts and small craft shops.
You can appreciate historic buildings and spend happy evenings at festivals and folk festivals, don't miss the day of the patron saint of Cariati, S. Rocco, with fireworks over the sea and the whole village in celebration!
A stone's throw from the house a clear and transparent sea laps a beach of pebbles and sand, equipped beach of bathing establishment or free even to "child size", crystal clear and low water near the shore. if you are lucky you will see dolphins passing!
The house is a two minute walk from the supermarket and the waterfront where you can spend the evening in the clubs and restaurants or among the night stands!
