BED BUGS !!! / ALTIDO the local operator is terrible !!

Terrible experience and terrible service from VRBO / ALTIDO the listing said fully refundable if cancelled within 24 hurs of arrival and I tried to cancel 3 days before and it said it wasnt allowed. Bed bugs in the bedroom mattress. no window treatment in the bedroom and there is a large street light right on fron of the window so its impossible to sleep there, the AC didnt work. I told this to the oeprator over the phone several times and left the apartment earlier as i had a skin rasch from the bed bugs and checked into a hotel I left the keys at altidos main office and Andrea said they will be calling me and I never heard back from them, so I will need a full refund from you !!

Les bones matges de l’ anunci porten a engany. L’ entrada és estranya ja que s’ hi arriba a través d’ un pati, l’ apartament és un espai aprofitat, fruit d’ un pis escapçat. Les vistes són practicament inexistents. Espai molt just per a quatre persones. Estat de conservació força precari.
