Casa do Joao - Swimming Pool Access

Ideal for those who want to rest in a quiet place, away enough from the noise of the bars and nighlife, but also from walking distance to grocery, take away food, restaurants, etc. No needed car for that. The house was renovated in 2017 and is located inside a private condominium.

This was the house where I lived, and it is still where I go to relax and spend holidays, so you will find everything you need for a normal day life as well as some personal stuff too. Please be polite. Put yourself in my position and respect that.

Try to read all the way to the end of the description. It could seem like a novel, but some details could be interesting to know. (I.e.

Access to the swimming pool at the neighbors "HONOR" equipped with bar and restaurant.

Before booking please be aware:
- There is an extra insurance fee of 6,5 € / person to use Honorio's swimming pool which will be paid directly by you in Honorio's reception when you make the check in;
- This insurance covers all accidents that may happen in the pool area so it is important for your safety and your family;
- Each person needs to present ID card;
- The insurance is active for 9 days;
- Max 4 magnetic cards (one for each person);
- Card loss will have an extra cost of € 10.
