Penthouse is conveniently located on the main promenade in Split, within a short distance of beautiful Republic Square - Prokurative. The Riva promenade is a vibrant and lively area with lots of events, bars and restaurants and a place where you should be at if you want to meet someone or if you want to be seen. As the penthouse is set in Old part of the city the best thing is that 4th century Diocletian's palace is just around the corner and you can go and explore the Palace and get lost in historical beauty of both basements and narrow streets all around the place.

This stylish 4th floor penthouse apartment offers a spectacular view of both the sea and the Split seafront promenade, a panoramic view that only this property can offer. It has two full bathrooms and bedrooms and a glass floor gallery with additional space to sleep 2 additional guests. There is a full kitchen, dining area and huge living space.

Perfect apartment if young with luggage
We stayed in this fabulous apartment for 4 nights but be warned. There are 105 steps to the top and it does make the idea of just slipping out for coffee a little difficult! In a great location very central to all Split has to offer the apartment is very well set up. Johan messaged all the particulars very clearly. Do make sure you take the exterior key with you when going out as the door can be dead locked and you cant get back in... It is a lovely apartment but being late 60s and 70s we found it diffucult getting suitcases up and down...

The view from our apartment was absolutely amazing and so was the location.
The apartment is very well located for all the ferry’s to the other islands and for all the restaurants and bars in old town. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.
