4 Bedroom, 3 Bath Home on Corner Lot with Lots of Grass & River Views

This is an incredible home located in Crescent Bar in the Crescent Bay Resort gated community. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax for one or two families. There is a gorgeous swimming pool, hot tub and kiddie pool. Pool area has covered cabana area and ping pong!

The Master bedroom has a king size bed and attached bath with large shower and a large sliding door to balcony with beautiful river views. There is a 2nd bedroom with king size bed and slider access to balcony, the 3rd guest bedroom had a queen size bed, and the 4th bedroom has twin bunk beds (suitable for children only) and a full size bed. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs and bathroom with shower on main level.

There is large open kitchen with huge granite island and barstools. Kitchen has top of the line stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances and granite countertops. Custom tile work throughout home.

We had a wonderful time!

The house is perfect for a family, or even possibly two. Call was so nice of her small children and the convenience of access to the river and playground made everything very easy as well. The house needs a major deep clean. It would probably be helpful if there were more cleaning tools available. The vacuum that was in the closet was so small for such a large house. The floor was pretty dirty when we arrived, and there were many many visible, cob webs, and items that look like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The kitchen drawers and cabinets, were also cluttered, and needed wipe down inside. So our trip started with mom doing a deep cleaning of the areas of the house that we would be utilizing With the cleaning supplies that were available. It’s a pretty remote area and I could understand the owners having a hard time finding a cleaning company that will do a good job, but it really needs done. But we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation there – we love the grassy area for the kids to run and play.

Great community; easy drive to The Gorge

This was a great house in a very friendly and nice community! Beautiful area, close to the river. Nice walking trail around the river. Easy drive to The Gorge--under 30 minutes.

Laid Back and Fun Place!

The house was lovely! Such a great layout - perfect for family and friends enjoying time together. The pool facility was great for our two little kiddos (5 and 3) and the lawns and playground were absolutely a lifesaver for getting wiggles out and letting them explore. We rented a golf cart for the weekend from the course across the street and popped over a couple times a day with the kids to play 9 holes. The vibe at Crescent Bar is very laid back and fun! The path down to the river was also great and we enjoyed skipping rocks and exploring down there as well. Thank you for welcoming us into your home - we will be back!

We decided to purchase a vacation home in 2013 in Crescent Bar. We have 3 young children and love Crescent Bay for the space, neighborhood and family friendliness of the resort. We have enjoyed it for many years and have decided to share our home with others looking to enjoy Crescent Bar the way we do!

Why they chose this property

This is a 4 bedroom stand alone home located in Crescent Bay Resort. There is plenty of space for children to run and feel safe, which is why we chose this area. Our home is in a gated community with pool & hot tub, kiddie pool, park, tennis courts, basketball and workout area (for additional fee) on the property. So many fun things to do in this area: waterskiing, boating, concerts, winery tours, beach etc.!
