Villa Ana - 3 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool and Garden and Wifi

This amazing villa is located in the Koca Calis area.
Villa has freshly furnitured 3 bedrooms. Kitchen and living room are located in the ground floor with WC.
Large living room has sofa, 43” TV, and dining table. English channels are available on TV.
Kitchen is well-equipped for 6 guests.
Easy access to patio from the kitchen and living room area.
Villa Ana has its own well looked after pool and large garden. Pool and garden maintained every morning and evening from our professional gardeners.
BBQ is built in the garden. Garden and pool area is surrounded by fruit and olive trees. High walls around the garden with ivies are also providing extra privacy.
On the first floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first bedroom there are 2 single beds and balcony. In the second bedroom there is double bed with balcony. In the third bedroom there is double bed with en-suit and French balcony.
All the doors and windows are protected with metal fences and mosquito nets.
Villa Ana has its own internet located in the living room and good signal in every room and pool side.

Around;
A mini shop where you can get your essentials such as water, bred, vegetables, etc. is in 2 minutes walk from the villa.
Public buses are around 700m. away from the villa and takes around 10 mins walk.
Calis centre (bridge) is approx. 5 mins and Fethiye city centre is 15 mins by drive.
Taxi is easy to reach with the numbers provided.
Beach is approx. 700m. and takes around 1o mins walk.

Getting The Villa.
Nearest airport is Dalaman International Airport.
Distance to villa from Dalaman Airport is 45km and takes 40 mins approx.
Car rentals from the airport is possible.

Good but could be better

The property was suitable but could be much better with some tender loving care. The dishwasher was not emptied, no outside shower at the pool. Broken tiles around the pool. and please sack the decorator, the standard of painting inside was terrible. No instructions in the Villa on how to operate anything like the complicated TV package, or local amenities. The good news is that Omer was absolutely first class with us, a young man with a bright future.

Alles super und wie angegeben. Allerdings sind die Ameisen ein echtes Problem da diese wirklich überall im EG sind.

Great experience from start to finish, excellent communication with our host Omer who looked after everything we ask about from taxis to car hire . Villa in great location, 10min walk to beach and a handful of bars/restaurants, main promenade with more bars and restaurants 20mins away . Would definitely use again

lovely villa in quiet location

the villa is in a quiet location but within 5 minute stroll to local restaurant or 10 minute stroll to more restaurants and the local beach. From here you can take a dolmus to Calis Beach and if you want to go there in the evening for more nightlife and shops then the taxis are cheap too. There are plenty of things to see and do during your stay. Omer was the perfect host making us feel welcome, and he organised our airport taxi transfers beforehand which we strongly recommend as you can easily arrange any car hire once you are there. The villa was clean and in a quiet area and the pool cleaned daily. The only complaint we had was that our stay went far too quickly !!
