Bright and sunny end unit with great light and views of the Continental Divide. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and space to enjoy with your family both inside and out. Private deck and half bath off the master bedroom. Perfect place to rent for two families. Minutes to ski resort (3-5 minute drive or walk 1 block to catch the free shuttle bus). Walk to the National Forest entrance for great hiking, biking and snowshoeing. Short drive down the hill to get to town and restaurants.
Note: The rec center pool and hot tub are currently closed until further notice.

Great Stay

This property was very accommodating to family of 6. I was impressed by the cleanliness and how stocked it was for guest. I did have to reach out to the host for a minor issue and she was very quick to respond. Overall great stay!

Perfect family stay to ski Winter Park

There were 8 of us. Mara's place was well-equipped with all that we needed. House rules were practical and simple. Beds/bedding, linens, towels, appliances, dishes and yes, even spices were high-quality. The location was easy to navigate, with access to the shuttle to take us to ski school and base at Winter Park. We would love to come again! Thank you!

Well Appointed Home

The place was exactly as described by the listing and photos. We enjoyed the extras such as new, high end appliances. For example it was great to wash and dry all the ski stuff daily. Location was good; super quiet and near a great little shopping center. The place was stocked with games, extra blankets and firewood. The beds and bedding were comfy! Would return/recommend without hesitation.

We have always loved Winter Park and Mary Jane as our favorite ski area, but we discovered how nice it is in the Summer as well. We decided to purchase a place so we could enjoy the area year round. Will is a native Coloradan and Mara moved to Colorado in 1999.

Why they chose this property

Individually we both skied and snowboarding in Winter Park for years before we dated and then married. We love how easy it is to get to Winter Park (no Eisenhower Tunnel!).

What makes this property unique

We wanted a place that was quiet, close to hiking, biking and skiing as well as had nice mountain views. This condo met all of those needs and more! We love that it has 3 bedrooms allowing our extended family to join us as well. We particularly love the views of the mountains both from the balcony off the master bedroom and the dining room. The close access to the National Forest was a big part of our decision as well.
