The apartment is located in the northern part of the traditional Spanish town of Torrelamata. Torrelamata is located 5 km north of Torrevieja and 35 km south of Alicante Airport. Torrelamata is very popular with Swedes and Scandinavians for its long award-winning La Mata beach and close to fantastic restaurants and bars.

The property is located about 100 meters from the sea and has a communal pool, pool area and common areas run by the association.

The apartment is on the third floor and goes through external stairwell, elevator missing.

Plan 3 Entrance Plan. On this floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower. Living / dining room with a sofa bed and two armchairs, dining area for 4-6 people and TV with Spanish channels. This floor offers a north-facing balcony with 4 chairs and a table.

Floor 4 On the second floor of the apartment there is a bathroom with bath and washing machine and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes.

Plan 5 The third floor of the apartment is a large private roof terrace which is equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs and barbecue. From the roof terrace you have a view of La Mata and the sea in the east direction. Here you have sun all day.

The apartment has air conditioning (AC) on the second floor (floor 4)

A cleaning fee of 90 Euro is payable to the Swedish-speaking key holder on departure, bed linen and towels are included.

Belle location à proximité de la plage et commerces

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la location de Martin qui se situe à 150 mètres de la mer et proche à pied de tout les commerces. Facile pour se garer à proximité du logement. Logement bien équipé et propre. Piscine commune avec peu de monde Petit bémol pour le barbecue qui est un peu vétuste Je vous recommande cette location

Très belles vacances

Nous avons eu de super vacances, tout est à proximité. Nous avions loué une voiture et grâce à elle nous avons pu découvrir de chouettes petits coins pas trop fréquentés où nous avons eu vraiment de beaux moments en famille. Notre petite fille de 2 ans a adoré explorer la plage , la piscine, les petits manèges pas loin de l’appartement.
