1941 Cottage in the heart of Midtown Tallahassee. Very easy access to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, Downtown, FSU, FAMU, Midtown restaurants and the malls. Off Street parking and numerous upgrades to this cute cottage.
A very nice home away from home for holidays, graduations, football games and session.

Fully furnished home: furniture, new paint and updated bathroom finishes.
Home has two bedrooms and one bath, screened in front porch and sitting area off the kitchen.

Perfection

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The home was in pristine condition, immaculately clean, and so well-maintained. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway!

Quaint cottage home, would stay again

I enjoyed my stay at this quaint 2 bedroom cottage for a 3 day visit to my college's homecoming game. Upon entering it felt very peaceful and I felt at home. Brooke was very communicative and accommodating. Aside from groceries, everything i needed was on the house. The home is located in midtown do it is easy to get around and food delivery is easy to the house. I would stay again

Parents’ weekend

The house was a nice alternative to a hotel for parents’ weekend. Close enough to campus yet quiet. The house was clean and comfy. Great place to stay!

Overall good stay.

We enjoyed the house. Able to feel at home, little touches were nice. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would go back. Although a pet friendly home there was a very large amount of dust and dog hair. This being said overall very happy with the stay. Thank you.

Perfect home for my stay

A Tallahassee Top-Class

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend stay at this quaint home. It's a great location as our kids were 10-15 minutes away at FSU, and Stonewood Golf Course we played was about 20 minutes away. 4Rivers and Zoe's Kitchen, Five Guys are less than 5 minutes away, and if you are looking for a little higher restaurants, Sage and A La Provence are 10-15 minutes away, just north of I-10. The place was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the kitchen (although a tad dated) was well equipped and the family room was great for relaxing in. We'll definitely be back, if it's available. Thanks Brooke for sharing your home with us.
