Villa Julienne is a magnificent property surrounded by greenery and with an enchanting view of Capri and Ischia. The 600 sqm villa can accommodate up to 12 people, has a private pool with sea view, outdoor pizza oven, barbecue, terraces with views and a professional kitchen equipped with oven and dishwasher, and all the necessary kitchenware and a dining table which can accommodate up to 30 people. A magnificent patio with sofas. The villa has a TV, a large seating area, a washing machine and 4 bathrooms with a bath, a bidet and a shower. All 6 bedrooms have air conditioning.
You will be roughly 2 km from the center of Massa Lubrense, where you will find shops, public transport and the supermarket. The nearest beach, Cala di Puolo is located about 3 km from the villa. At about 5 km you will also find Sorrento.
To stay comfortably at Villa Giulia, it is necessary to have a car available. You can park it on the premises, free of charge inside the gate. The parking can accommodate up to 5 medium-sized cars. Access to Villa Giulia is via a narrow road, not passable by large SUVs, campers, caravans. We recommend using a medium-sized car.
You will reach Villa Giulia from the parking area going up 17 steps.
THE FIRST TERRACE is immense. It is shaded by two gazebos. The terrace is equipped with tables and chairs for 20 people, deck chairs, armchairs, tables and sofas. Here you will also find a pizza oven and a stone barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy the view of the sea and of the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida. You will be able to enter it from the dining room and kitchen.
GROUND FLOOR
THE KITCHEN is equipped with six gas stoves, a fryer, a microwave oven, an electric oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster, an American coffee maker, a kettle, a juicer, a fridge with freezer and other small appliances. Here you will also find the dining room equipped with a dining table for 20 people and a safe. The room is air conditioned. From the kitchen / dining room you will be able to access the first terrace with a sea view through a French door.
IL SOGGIORNO has a rustic and welcoming decor, and includes some antiques. In this room you will find a dining table for 10 people, sofas, armchairs, a desk and a TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea through a French door.
THE FIRST BATHROOM is equipped with a washbasin, a bidet, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will reach the bathroom from the living room.
In the laundry area you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
FIRST FLOOR (accessible by climbing an internal staircase of 14 steps)
THE PRIVATE POOL is about 90 square meters, deep from 1.70 meters to 2.20 meters. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the islands Capri, Ischia and Procida. The pool is open from 20 April to 31 October. You will reach the pool from the first terrace going up 16 steps or from the fourth bedroom.
THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM has a double bed and a TV. The room is air conditioned. The bathroom has a double sink, a toilet, a bidet, a shower cubicle, a bathtub and a hairdryer. You will reach the room from the corridor.
THE SECOND BEDROOM has a double bed and a TV. The room is air conditioned. You will reach the room from the corridor.
THE THIRD BEDROOM has a double bed, a TV and a fan. You will reach the room from the corridor.
THE FOURTH BEDROOM has a double bed and a TV. The room is air conditioned. You will reach the room from the corridor. From the room you will be able to enter the pool through a glass door.
THE SECOND TERRACE is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy the view of the sea and of the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida. You will reach the terrace from the fifth and sixth bedroom.
THE FIFTH BEDROOM has a double bed and a TV. The room is air conditioned. You will reach the room from the corridor. From the room you will be able to enter the second terrace.
THE SIXTH BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM has a double bed and a TV. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a bidet, a shower, a toilet and a hairdryer. From the room you will be able to enter the second terrace.
