Super fresh first line apartment, completely newly renovated with new furniture in autumn 2019. There are separate bedrooms, living room with large sofa bed and separate kitchen. Private terrace with lake view from both bedroom and living room. There is a 24 hour reception every day. Best location in Benalmadena at Puerto Marina and in front of Malapesquera Beach. Great apartment with the sea view

It is a nice apartment with everything needed. It’s on the seventh floor and has little of noise from the street. The AC is only in the living room, but it suffices to cool down the whole apartment. It’s around 20 mins by taxi from the Malaga airport. There is a local store, Carrefour, up the street with perfect prices for food and drinks. Near the building there are lots of cafes and restaurants. The sun is from early in the morning and until 2 pm. The balcony is quite big fitting four people. It is possible to take away from the restaurants and eat on the balcony. The beach is sandy with a child friendly entry, also it’s guarded. We saw the beach was cleaned almost every morning. It is an “English” friendly location. WiFi is fast and stable, 100mb in/out (fiber). The host is very responsive and attentive to our queries. The furniture matches the pictures. We would love to come back.

Alles in einem war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Der Strand ist nur paar Gehminuten entfernt. Man hört das Meer vom Schlafzimmer aus. Es gibt eine Vielfalt an Restaurants (aus wirklich fast allen Nationen) und Cafés und abends auch tolle Spiel-Möglichkeiten für Kinder. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, obwohl wir im ersten Augenblick erstaunt waren. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 7. Stockwerk, vor allem mit einem Kleinkind hatten wir auf dem Balkon anfangs Angst gehabt, aber das ging dann eigentlich. Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, sehr schön eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet. Uns fehlte nichts. Zwei negative Punkte muss ich aber anmerken. Zum ersten war leider die Dusche ziemlich verstopft und zum anderen hatte das WLAN leider nicht funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin hat aber sehr gut funktioniert und sie hat sich um beide Probleme schnellstmöglich gekümmert. Ich würde dennoch vor der Buchung nochmal nachfragen und sicher gehen, ob alles in Ordnung ist.
