Pheasant Cottage is the perfect choice if you're looking for a quiet escape. Situated on a peaceful village lane close to the border of Suffolk & Norfolk. Mere minutes away from 14 miles of Thornham Walks, ideal for walking the dog or a just taking a quiet stroll.

Enjoy the walled courtyard garden for a relaxing drink and delicious local food. If you don't feel like cooking there are three friendly local pubs minutes away. One of which does great vegetarian and vegan meals.

This two bed, two bathroom cottage boasts a well equipped open plan kitchen diner, utility room , wood burning stove, walled courtyard garden and off-road parking.

The main bedroom features a light, modern country feel complete with double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The second bedroom is a cosy space complete with a small double bed, wardrobe and full length mirror.

On the first floor you will find both bedrooms along with the main bathroom. There is also a second bathroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower.

The living room features a wood burning stove for which a starter basket of logs is provided.

The kitchen contains a hob, oven, grill, microwave, fridge freezer and all necessary cooking utensils. A welcome tray is provided for your arrival with a selection of teas, coffee, biscuits and fresh milk. The utility room features a washing machine and dishwasher.

A semi-detatched cottage with private off road parking. A lockable side gate to the walled courtyard garden allows additional rear access.

We welcome well behaved and house-trained dogs. Please bring their bed or crate for sleeping in.

WiFi is included.

Quiet, warm and well-equipped cottage.
The property was very comfortable. It is in a peaceful location but a car is necessary as there are no local shops although only a short drive will take you to small towns. There is plenty to do in the area and a nearby pub with friendly staff and good food.
