About this property

Luxurious and very well appointed 2 bedroom barn conversion cottage in small development of similar properties. Large communal garden and private off road parking.
2 miles ( 25 minutes walk ) from nearest beach ( Perranporth with its excellent surfingand famous ‘Watering Hole’ pub/ restaurant and live music venue. Within walking distance to two pubs serving excellent food.
Sleeps up to 6 in two large bedrooms, one double and one containing a triple bunk ( double with single above ) and single bed.
Upstairs bathroom with shower above bath.
Open plan downstairs with kitchen
( dishwasher and washer/ dryer included)dining area ( table with 6 chairs) and lounge with large screen TV and DVD player. Wi-fi equipped.
Large selection of DVD’s, books and games.
Very well situated for many stunning beaches, eateries and places to visit including all Poldark visiting locations and UNESCO Mining heritage coastline. Beautiful city of Truro only 6 miles.

We hired Buttercup Cottage as overflow accommodation for our group staying at YHA Perranporth. I can absolutely say we couldn't recommend it enough. It was clean, well equipped and communication with Simon was excellent. If we look to stay in the area again we will absolutely re-book to stay here. Thank you!
