The residence is an oasis of peace and is ideal for families. The wide open spaces completely enclosed allow children to play freely outdoors and to walk in peace, all in an atmosphere that favors privacy and relaxation.

The villa has a first PATIO from which, through three steps, you enter a spacious covered and equipped VERANDA, suitable for lunches and dinners with friends outdoors during your vacation days. Also present on the rear side is a second SMALL PATIO, ideal for reading a book and enjoying the relaxation of a summer afternoon.
