Nice apartment located in a quiet beach area in the south of Gran Canaria. The house is near the beach. Spacious (80 m2), with lots of lighting and ventilation, acoustic insulation in PVC windows, with three bedrooms with double beds, a small terrace of 9m2, a large bathroom, laundry area and a kitchen open to the living room, where you can Cook while chatting. The house has a satellite channel and free Wi-Fi. Located on Arinaga Beach, where you can enjoy during the day of the sun and baths in the sea. Arinaga has a beautiful promenade of three kilometers, which crosses the entire coast, where you can walk quietly. The area where the house is located is very quiet, easy parking, safe to ride a bicycle. You can enjoy a large urban park and has less than 100 meters from the house, sports facilities, Health Center and bus stop. 2 kilometers from the town of Arinaga is the beach of El Cabrón, one of the best points of immersion of the Island. This place is located in an area of such wealth that has been nominated to constitute the future Arinaga Marine Reserve. It is a very attractive dive for lovers of the underwater world.

Great apartment and location

A large and comfortable apartment in a quiet area of town, but less than 5 minutes walk to beach, restaurants, cafés and shops.

Propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants. Très prévenants, bouteille de vin, bières dans le refrigerateur et autres produits. Logement conforme au descriptif. Très propre et bien équipé. A recommander.

Goede persoonlijke ontvangst

Goede ontvangst door de eigenaar, die beneden het appartement woont. Appartement is groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. WIFI is goed. Heb de cromecast op de tv kunnen aansluiten en via de tablet NL tv kunnen kijken.
