The villa is surrounded by well-kept gardens and verandas, both in the back and in the front, where you can find refreshment in the shade on the hottest days. The exterior offers a newly built carport for parking, over two showers and a sink. The villa has a large terrace, where you can relax in privacy and admire the uniqueness of the starry nights far from the troublesome lights of the city, enjoying a magnificent view of the Island of the Currents. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars within a ten minute drive.
The villa is also located about forty minutes from the main cultural attractions: Syracuse, Ragusa, Modica and Noto and a few minutes from Portopalo di Capo Passero and Marzamemi.
