Can Jan is a Catalan farmhouse that is located in an ideal place in the middle of nature. In Sant Miquel de Campmajor, 10 minutes from Banyoles, Besalú and Sant Pau.
On the ground floor we find a large hall that distributes us to the TV room with fireplace, the dining room open to the kitchen -which has a large island very practical for cooking and two large refrigerators-, the cinema / library room with a smart TV screen with HDMI connection, the games room with the football table, billiards and table tennis, 2 rooms -one with two beds and a bathroom and one with three beds-, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. The house has a total of 9 rooms and 8 bathrooms.

On the first floor of the new part we find 3 rooms-two with 2 beds and one with 4 beds-, all of them with full bathroom with shower.
On the first floor of the original part we find 3 rooms -one with 2 beds and one with 3 beds-, and two bathrooms with shower. If we go up above we will find the attic: 1 room with 4 beds and a bathroom with shower.

The outside is a paradise of nature where you can hear the crickets and birds singing. It has a covered area with porch with barbecue and table for 25 people. The fenced pool has a tropical turquoise color that stands out with the clear tiles and sunbeds from which nature is breathed on all 4 sides.
In the part of the entrance in the exterior of the house there is a playground with games and swings and two soccer goals.
