It is a large apartment with three bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large dining/living area with two sofa beds, a comfortable and fully equipped kitchen.

The flagship is certainly the terrace that overlooks the roofs and internal courtyards below, making it intimate and welcoming.

The apartment, very bright, has been furnished with simplicity and love and in my opinion full of positive energy.

The strategic position allows you to reach all the major monuments of Lucca in just a few minutes on foot, such as the Walls, the house of Giacomo Puccini, the cathedral of San Martino where Ilaria del Carretto rests in the moving sarcophagus made by Jacopo della Quercia on commission of the di her husband Paolo Guinigi.

Every third Sunday of the month the antiques market takes place in Piazza San Martino and in the surrounding streets, but Lucca always reserves surprises and interesting initiatives for everyone.

From Murabilia and Verdemura to Comics to the open-air cinema during the summer season, to the permanent Giacomo Puccini festival which takes place every evening in the deconsecrated church of San Giovanni and is unique in the world!

Terrific Apartment

This was the perfect apartment for three couples in Lucca for a week. The location is great, each bedroom had a king bed and its own ensuite bath, and the apartment was very clean and well equiped. Grazia was an outstanding host. Highly recommend.

Excellent property, great location, fabulous host!

This property is located right in the walls in a very central location. It is super clean, and the host, Grazie, is fabulous to work with. The check-in and check out process was easy and she was available to help recommend things to do and places to eat.. we will definitely stay here again!

Charming apartment with excellent location within the walls of Lucca!

This spacious apartment was very clean and comfortable for a 10-day business trip with 2 other colleagues. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, plenty of living space, a very functional kitchen, and nice patio to relax. The timing of our visit was very warm, so the air conditioning was a must! The location of this apartment was perfect. We were concerned with staying inside the wall for 2 reasons. 1 - It sometimes get hectic and loud within the wall. This location was perfect! It is on a quieter street very close to Piazza San Michele, which is a short distance to any destination within the wall. 2 - Driving / parking within the wall can be challenging. This apartment was very close to public parking just within the wall. We communicated easily with our landlord before and during our stay; she made sure our stay was the absolute best it could be - and it was! We will definitely look to stay at this apartment again!
