CASA MAGNOLIA is a newly renovated one bedroom/one bathroom apartment, located on the first floor of a small residential building with elevator. You will enjoy the view of the large flowering magnolia tree through the French door windows in the bedroom and from the pleasant balcony in the living room.

The apartment’s modern furnishings create an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. CASA MAGNOLIA is like a peaceful oasis to return to after a day exploring the beautiful beaches and villages of nearby Lerici or Cinque Terre.
It is located in the yachting district of La Spezia between the famous San Lorenzo shipyard and the splendid Marina of Porto Lotti filled with prestigious yachts and sailboats.

The house is ideally located for vacationing. In less than 15 minutes by car or bus, you can visit the beautiful beaches of Lerici and San Terenzo or arrive at La Spezia train station to catch the Cinque Terre Express Train. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in La Spezia

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete, geschmackvoll und höherwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in La Spezia. Die Bilder im Inserat stimmen absolut mit der tatsächlichen Ausstattung überein. Der Vermieter stand stets für Rückfragen zur Verfügung, insgesamt fiel die gute Organisation auf. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre und das Hinterland geeignet, nur nicht ganz ruhig. Dafür ist La Spezia im Vergleich angenehm untouristisch und der schöne Strand- und Badevorort Lerici um die Ecke. Kostenloses Parken war vor dem Haus möglich, was in der Umgebung nicht selbstverständlich war.

Appartement superbe mais route très bruyante

La résidence est très jolie mais il n'y a rien d'autre dans cette rue un peu désaffectée. L'appartement est magnifique et bien décoré, très propre et bien entretenu. La climatisation dans la grande pièce et la chambre était appréciée. La salle de bain est très belle, la douche agréable. Le lave-vaisselle et la vaisselle en quantité étaient pratiques. Il y avait des dosettes pour la Nespresso mais nous en avions ramené. Par contre la rue est TRÈS bruyante: circulation non stop, entreprise de bateau de l'autre côté de la rue qui travaille par postes du lundi au vendredi : scie, moteurs, bip de machines... on a mal dormi. Pour information la place de parking...est un emplacement contre la façade qui était impossible avec notre voiture un peu large. Mais il y avait toujours de la place juste devant. On est à 15mn de l'embarquement en bateau pour les 5 Terres, à 15mn des jolies plages de Lerici. Marcello nous a bien conseillés.

Een mooi met smaak ingericht apartement. Niet te groot maar de meeste noodzakelijke spullen waren aanwezig. Paolo was zeer behulpzaam en gaf ons genoeg informatie en tips over hoe we vanuit het appartement konden reizen naar het strand, Cinque Terre, supermarkt etc. Hij nam zelf de moeite en kocht zelfs bustickets voor ons om naar het strand te gaan. De auto hebben we vaak laten staan en we zijn met openbaar vervoer naar de attractie plaatsen (de bus stopt voor de deur). Verder is er niet veel te doen in de directe omgeving, dan moet je de bus of de auto nemen. Het beviel heel goed!
