South end - 2 bedroom 2 bath ocean front condo with pool.

Clean and modern rental in the desirable Sandpiper condo complex. Large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 2nd floor condo facing the ocean and dune view. Great location & just steps to the beach entrance and complex has an in-ground pool for guests to enjoy. Complete renovation including all new appliances, flooring, bathrooms, paint and granite counter tops are all updated. 1 King size bed in Master. Queen bed in 2nd bedroom with plenty of space. Memory foam queen sleeper sofa in living room. Large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Balcony with pool and dune views. 2 assigned parking spaces. Washer and dryer in unit. Beach and pool tags included.

Low volume rental here and only doing 2(2) week rentals. Not a normal rental like others. This is our home and only want someone that will take care of it and respect the property.
Min rental period is 2 weeks and considering a 4 week rental from July 8th.

Great Vacation!!

We have been coming to Brigantine for years but this is our new favorite place. The condo was spotless and felt like home away from home. The balcony overlooking the pool was perfect! Thank you David for answering our questions and being a great Brigantine property owner. We look forward to next year.

Great Location, Beach Front, short walk or drive to everything!!!

This was my first time booking with VRBO & was surprised at how easy the process was & the choices of rentals there were. The Condo was nicely decorated, comfortable, and had all your basic needs. The owners response time was usually less than an hour, questions were promptly answered, and when there was a slight issue it was immediately taken care of, Would recomend for an enjoyable beach getaway wth easy access to nightlife in Atlantic City .

Excellent few days in Brigantine condo!

Very clean and comfortable condo. Lovely pool and private beach access. Convenient to AC which was a nice treat in the evenings after a very relaxing beach day. Condo had everything my family needed. Can't wait to return next season! Brigantine is lovely.
