About this property

Nice old house and functional in the heart of the village of the island of the monks. 10 minutes walk from the pier on foot and 1 minutes from amenities. You just have to put down your suitcases and enjoy the island with ease. Ideal for a family with 2 or 3 children. The house has on the ground floor a living room kitchen and upstairs 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed) and a bathroom with toilet. A well oriented garden with garden furniture, Weber barbecue.

Excellent séjour pour la semaine du Golfe à l’Île aux moines.

Réouverture de saison en mai, donc assez poussiéreux quand on ouvre une maison inoccupée depuis un petit moment… Maintenant la maison est très bien placée dans le centre du bourg, bien équipée, parquet partout plus chaleureux, très bon matelas de 160 dans la grande chambre. Dommage de ne pas proposer les draps et le linge dans la location (pour être moins chargé comme il faut traverser en bateau) mais Laeticia, qui s’occupe de la maison, peut dépanner, ce qui est très bien. Petit terrain très appréciable et agréable. On a pu manger dehors. Nous reviendrons

Un lieu parfait pour des vacances à l'Ile-aux-Moines

Nous avons adoré cette maison, idéalement située à proximité du bourg, avec un superbe jardin, avec le cachet préservé d'une maison de marin typique. L'accueil de la famille Leize a été parfait. Un lieu idéal pour déconnecter et profiter à fond de l'Ile-aux-Moines!
