ferdinando’s home is located in the historic center of Catania, 100 meters from the Sant’agata cathedral, 200 meters from the Via Etnea. The structure can be reached either from the station which is 800 meters away, or from the airport which is 10 minutes by taxi, the house is divided into 2 large levels with an area of 45 square meters. It has an individual entrance and in the first floor we find the sofa bed already equipped with sheets and pillow cover, the kitchen and the complete bathroom and the satellite, in the second floor we find the bedroom with a 42 inch satellite screen and a bathroom

The commination with property owner was poor, this flat has potential, but was dirty, falling into diarepair, no Air-conditioner or wifi available.

Uncommunicative and unreliable

I tried booking here twice - once when I flew in and again when I flew out of Catania. Big mistake. Both times the booking was automatically accepted only to be later cancelled. The first time it was cancelled with a couple of days notice (due to a double booking) so we were able to find another accommodation no problem. But the second time it was cancelled within 3 hrs of our check-in time and ONLY after I contacted VRBO customer service because my message to the host had gone completely unanswered. Super frustrating and stressful. Book at your own risk!!
