Villa Roko has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two separate toilets in the tavern, living room with dining room and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa will enchant you with its spacious exterior, which is dominated by a private pool surrounded by deck chairs and a spacious dining area. There is also a tavern with a grill for preparing traditional Dalmatian specialties and another outdoor dining area in front of the tavern. The villa also offers a playground for children on a spacious meadow, and what will definitely knock you off your feet is the stunning view of olive groves and endless greenery. The villa offers complete privacy and is far from the neighboring houses behind it, while kilometers of beautiful fields separate the spacious yard and the sky.

Perfekt für privaten Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Freunden im Alter von 20 Jahren 10 Nächte in der Villa. Der Vermieter war super. Er kam zur Übergabe und ging mit uns kurz das Haus durch. Danach ließ er uns unsere Privatsphäre und kündigte sich immer frühzeitig an, wenn er zum Poolreinigen kam (nur 2 mal in den 11 Tagen). Er war sehr nett, wenn mal etwas kaputt ging verständnisvoll und absolut nicht aufdringlich. Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt. ca. 15-20min Fahrt nach Zadar und trotzdem komplett ungestört auf dem Land ohne richtige Nachbarn, sodass man auch mal ein bisschen lauter werden kann. In dem Ort selbst und im Nebenort gibt es kleine Läden um das nötigste einzukaufen. Die Villa war ebenfalls sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass uns nicht wirklich etwas fehlte. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder hier her kommen!

Mooi en rustig gelegen huis met zwembad en van alle gemakken voorzien!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit mooie, schone huis met zwembad en grote tuin. Voorzien van wasmachine, oven, magnetron, vriezer. Slaapkamers met grote kasten. Zwembad heeft een douche. In het buitenhuis/bijgebouw is een buitendouche en wc en een overkapping met lange tafel met banken. Ligstoelen, schommelstoel, zitjes. Er is altijd wel een goed plekje te vinden. Extra service: zwembad wordt goed schoon gehouden door eigenaar. En na een week kregen we schoon beddengoed/handdoeken. Wij raden dit huis aan! Ook is de woning gunstig gelegen voor diverse uitstapjes.
