Avoid!! Extrememly poor conditions and countless issues during the stay

If this company/owner put some more effort in to this run down villa it would be a hidden diamond, but instead it has been left to ruin and when we spent half of our holiday liaising with the maintenance team to highlight some of these issues we ended up with an overly aggressive maintenance man coming round very rude and abrupt and even then pointed the finger at us and accused us of breaking items, even though it was only day 2 of the 2 week holiday. He said my son must have been jumping up and down on it. An understandable accusation if he was 7 or 8 but he is 16 years old and nearly 6ft, if he even tried to stand on the bed his head would hit the ceiling. There comment was that they take thorough checks of all items before any visitors, but if this was the case then why would we find the following:- NB: Most of these items we gave up telling the maintenance team in fear that we would be accused again, and money taken from our deposit (WHICH THEY DID TAKE…SO BE CAREFUL PEOPLE IF BOOKING HERE) - Single bed fell apart 2 days into the holiday (we found screws in bedside draw so clearly already falling apart) - Toilet flush broke in master bedroom - Window vents held together with Sellotape - all 4 patio chairs unusable as damaged - Broken chipped glasses in cupboard - Kitchen left with unrepaired holes - Junk piled up on balcony untidied - Pool table with missing balls - Pool cue missing a tip - Ladders and junk left open to view in outside seating area - bottom of fridge rusting - BBQ desperately needs cleaning - Patio cover rook 1 of the 2 legs completely eroded away - Cracked and raised tiles around pool - Bedding left with stains on - Curtains held together with pegs - Toaster has no handle - Washing uncleaned so dirtied washing as soon as used - Cigarette dimps left in plant pots in a so called no smoking facility As said, I truly believe this villa could be better if the owners/company put in the effort it deserves, which is why I am going to this length to raise all these points. It is too late for our stay to enjoy but hopefully they will listen and make it a more enjoyable stay for others in the future and not leave them feeling they are walking on eggs shells all through their holiday for more issues and faults and then getting accused for them, like we have had too. Ein Haus mit Licht und Schatten.

Dieses Haus wäre ein kleines Schmuckkästchen, hätte es nicht 2 große Schatten. Der erste Schatten ist die Zufahrt zum Haus. Sollte die Straße bis unten zugeparkt sein, muss man die steile Straße rückwärts hinunter fahren und ums Eck einparken. Wenn man Glück hat und unten vor dem Tor keiner parkt, kann man unten umdrehen. Der zweite Schatten ist diese Hausverwaltung „Smart Holidays“. Als wir das Haus von “ Candy“ von Smart Holidays übernommen haben, waren wir auf den ersten Blick zufrieden. Leider stellten wir 5 Minuten nachdem die Dame weg war fest, dass einige Geräte in der Küche keinen Strom hatten, darunter auch der Kühlschrank. Nach stundenlangem Schreiben von Nachrichten, hat die Dame am Nachmittag einen Elektriker zu uns ins Haus geschickt. Er stellte dann fest dass es einen Wasserschaden im Hause gäbe und er es mit seinem Chef besprechen müsste.Zur Not hat er den Kühlschrank im Wohnzimmer angesteckt. Der Bachofen noch die Steckdosen in der Küche und in den beiden Badezimmern gingen nicht. Wir hörten den ganzen Urlaub weder etwas von der Hausverwaltung noch von dem Elektriker. Das Haus war laut Kalender von FEWO vorher länger leer gestanden,es wäre von der Hausverwaltung angebracht gewesen, bevor ein neuer Gast einzieht, das Haus zu überprüfen ob alles geht und ob noch alles in Ordnung ist. Wäre das passiert, wären vielleicht auch die Möbel im Aussenbereich gereinigt worden. Diese mussten wir erst mal reinigen, weil sie voller Hinterlassenschaften der Vögel waren und die waren nicht frisch. Der Pool musste vom Poolboy auch erstmal stundenlang wieder aufgefüllt werden, da er nur zu 3/4 gefüllt war. Im ersten Stock (Dachterrasse) oben wurde sämtlicher Sperrmüll/alte Möbel gesammelt, da macht es keinen Spass zu verweilen. Dieses Haus wäre ein Schmuckkästchen, wenn es gepflegt wäre. Wir wären trotz der Anfahrt sicher wieder gekommen. Das Klima in diesem Haus ist perfekt. Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet.Die beiden Bäder waren sehr schön. Wir haben ihn zwar nicht oft genutzt, aber die Senderauswahl am TV war genial. Die Küche wurde neu gemacht, wurde aber vom Eindruck des rostenden Kühlschrank wieder runtergezogen. Der Außenbereich war auch sehr schön. Der Pool war größer als er auf den Bildern aussah. Wir hatten trotz des Ärgers eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus. Kleiner Tipp: Last euch bei der Übergabe die Nummer für den Schlüsselsafe geben, damit ihr beim Auszug das Haus absperren könnt, sonst müsst ihr es offen lassen.
