The house has two separate and open double bedrooms located on the first floor. On the ground floor it has a bathroom, living room and kitchen. Outside you will find the garden, the swimming pool, the gazebo and a fantastic shower. The house has a capacity for 4 people. wunderschöner Aufenthalt

tolle Gastgeber, tolles Haus, toller Pool, toller Aufenthalt. Silvia war so grosszügig! Da wir im September 2020 wegen der Pandemie nicht anreisen konnten, durften wir unsere Reise ohne Mehrkosten um 1 Jahr verschieben. Wir fanden dass extrem kulant. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Aussendusche ein Traum, wir haben nur diese benutzt. Carlos war vor Ort und hat sich super um uns gekümmert, danke für alles Carlos!

Lovely little house

The house has the thick stone walls of a traditional home, but is modern enough on the inside, quite comfortable and very tastefully renovated. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The pool is gorgeous. The location is indeed very quiet, you hardly see anyone around. The last twenty meters or so of the road leading to the house are an adventure - it's a country road, narrow and very rocky, but nothing unusual for Formentera. We rented bikes, which was good fun and allowed us to get to all the interesting sights and beaches easily enough. Families with little children may find the stairs leading to the bedrooms a bit unsafe (they look great and fit perfectly in the house though). There's no air conditioning, but the house was cool enough for us as long as we kept it well ventilated and used the nice window blinds. However, if you're used to having 20°C inside when it's over 30° outside, that's not going to happen :-). Two tiny suggestions for the owner: - Change the fridge; it works, but is too loud - for a place as quiet as this, it's a pity when the loudest sound you hear at night is... the fridge :-). - Change the shower head in the bathroom, make it a handheld one like the one outside, it would be much more comfortable. Anyway, these are really minor issues. We've had a wonderful time in this lovely place.

Herrlich, um abzuschalten.

Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, in dem nichts fehlt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind im oberen Bereich durch Vorhänge vom Rest des Hauses getrennt, das kann z. B. im Fall von Schnarchen zu einer Lärmbelästigung der übrigen Mitreisenden führen.
