This property has been fully renovated with every comfort for a pleasant stay, It is a modern build spacious flat, Ground floor, wheelchair accessible all on one level, train station 20 second walk with direct access to Glasgow. Lovely quiet area, secure entry, there are two good sized bedrooms one king, one twin can be stored together to make king, both rooms have built in wardrobes and smart TV, one with ensuite shower, there is also a travel cot provided for small child large bright lounge 58" smart TV, with comfortable L shaped sofa and separate double sofa bed, open plan kitchen/dining area, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom with shower, free private parking, USB sockets in all rooms, wifi. Netflix in lounge and bedrooms. Children and pets welcome.

Our host, Lewis, was very accommodating and flexible with our arrival time. Communication was great and his flat was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely return if given the opportunity to visit the Glasgow area again. A top-notch experience deserving of an A rating!

Perfect for exploring Galsgow and the surrounding area

We spent 4 days in the flat exploring Glasgow and the surrounding area. The flat is perfect for this as it has very good transport links. The motorway is within easy reach and the train station with direct connections to Glasgow city centre is diagonally opposite. I was worried about hearing the train at night, but this was not confirmed, it was really very quiet and we could sleep undisturbed. The building in which the flat is located is a bit older, but it is very nicely furnished and has a good level of equipment. Thank you very much for letting us stay here

I travel all over the world and want to make my guests have a fantastic experience living in my apartment. It is modern and comfortable with the emphasis on Comfort and Cleanliness.

Why they chose this property

Its a lovely large family apartment with spacious Lounge/Diner, open plan large kitchen and 2 double bedrooms. One bedroom has ensuite, there is also a full size bathroom with shower. Lounge has 55" TV with Prime and Netflix included, both bedrooms have Smart TV's again with Prime and netflix. There is super fast WiFi throughout the property. Private free parking available and permit provided.

What makes this property unique

Smart TV's in all rooms, essential items included tea, coffee, sugar. All hotel quality bed linen and Towels. A great place to chill after shopping in Glasgow. Train station opposite property with direct line to Glasgow city centre between 20 and 35 mins by train. 20 mins by car.
