Badly Maintained Property

While the location is very convenient, the apartment is unlivable! The apartment was very dirty with a constant sewage stench. The upstairs bathroom had a leak with water dripping into the downstairs bedroom. Only the first person who showered would get hot water, the rest had to shower with cold water. The 2 bedrooms upstairs were real crawl spaces with any normal sized person hitting their head every time they got up or moved around the bedrooms. Since we couldn't get enough hotel rooms for all of us, we ended up taking 1 hotel room so at least the children could be warm and comfortable.
