The villa is equipped with central heating gas oil and fans.

The 100,000 square metres of the farmhouse, where the villa is located, welcome olive and almond trees, sheep and just in front of the house remains an era where wheat, barley and oats threshed. You should make the most of the villa's outdoor area. In fact, private pool, a barbeque, spacious lawns and a terrace for you to sunbathe, await you; you can enjoy all of them while soaking up the oxygenated air of the Sierra and delighting with beautiful views of the Serrania de Ronda and the Tajo.

The access to the house is paved, except for the last 200 metres, which are unpaved.
