The space

Welcome to this cozy flat in the Italian mountains, near known spots for alpinism. Enjoy your snowy holiday in this apartment with traditional calming interior! This home consists of 2 BR, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining area and a kitchen. Sleeps up to 7 guests.



Living and eating

The living room is rustic with typical Valdostano furniture - large L-shaped sofa, little stools and coffee table.

The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, induction hob, a fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave. In the same room is the dining space, which can seat up to 6-7 guests.



Bedroom and bathroom

The first bedroom has a double bed with built-in wardrobes.

The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds, a single sofa-bed, shelves and a work space

The sofa in the living room can easily transform into double sofa-bed.



Both bathrooms have a cabin showers.



Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.



Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire house. A member of Altido will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.

Check in is very simple: please check the check in timetable and prices below and inform us about your estimate time of arrival in advance at the phone number you will find after the reservation.



House rules:

ALTIDO Italy wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets

- Dispose of rubbish appropriately

- Keep the property clean and tidy

- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected

- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building

- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.



Note that late check-in has the following surcharges payable in cash upon arrival:

Until 7:00 PM Gratis

From 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM 20€

From 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM 30€

From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM 40€

After midnight - 60€ but depends on the availability
