Sardinia at its best

Very nice location close to several beaches. Well equipped house with beautiful garden and pool. Very nice and helpful landlords.

First time on sardinia

The property and house were very nice. When we first got there the humidity and temperature where uncomfortable but after the first day things got better. The master bedroom and bathroom are very nice with air-conditioning. The other bedrooms are in a basement area with 2 shared bathrooms . The bedrooms have no air-conditioning and if it's hot can be challenging . The owner met us and gave us some good information and said air-conditioning is on there list for installation soon. The house manager Laura went above and beyond helping us with all our requests. This area is very beautiful but be advised there will be considerable driving involved in a lot of the sites you may wish to see. We spent several days just hanging around the pool, eating ,drinking and relaxing . All in all a great 10 days.

Supera cualquier expectativa....maravillosa.

No hay palabras. Villa Patricia es un alojamiento único y perfecto en absolutamente todo...no falta detalle, la piscina, el jardín y esas vistas desde la habitación cada mañana......Stintino un pueblo para el deleite de los sentidos...y el mar.....sin igual....y literalmente a un paso.....solo deseo volver. Gracias a la familia Porcu por la acogida. Vuestro alojamiento es de 100.🥰

Traumhaftes Feriendomizil

Das Haus und der Garten mit Pool haben all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war paradiesisch die wunderbaren Tage in und um das Anwesen zu verbringen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr familiär und herzlich. Wir haben uns rundum total wohl gefühlt. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen. Für das etwas verspätete check in haben wir von der Gastgeberin einen tollen Ausgleich vorgeschlagen bekommen.

Great villa with some room limitations

The villa is spacious,great looking and surrounded by nice garden with some vegetables growing in it which you are allowed to harvest. The location of the house is also good in a silent dead end street near a small marina with a bay you can use for swimming. But do not expect any public beach.It is rather a wilder beach with somewhat moderate access to the sea.The biggest drawback of the villa are the rooms which almost all of them are situated in a cellar with lack of air circulation which you can feel in the rooms. Unfortunately this is not indicated in the describtion nor visible from the pictures. So for a group of people who are looking for private rooms the villa becomes unsuitable as only 2 out of the 5 rooms have possibility to get fresh air into the room.
