D'une autre époque...

Logement avec une vue superbe ou même magnifique, mais c'est tout!!!! Pour faire rapide, je dois dire que les personnels de l'agence TRAVIVEL sont remarquables, ils feront tout leur possible pour vous faciliter du mieux possible votre séjour, et je les en félicite!!!! Malheureusement, le ou les problèmes sont dues à un manque de rénovation car l'appartement date des années 60 ou 70 et les structures sont vieillissantes... La salle de bain est à rénover, notamment le bac à douche, et le lavabo, le wc refoule l'urine,un bidet qui ne sert à rien...chasse d'eau qui fuit Le lit double, en fait ce sont deux petits lits rapprochés équipés de deux mousses en guise de matelas, qu'on a du faire changer par de vrais matelas, malheureusement nous en avons profité qu'une nuit (ma hantise était de me coucher, car le lendemain matin j'étais réveillé par des douleurs atroces des cervicales et des dorsales)...La chambre possede juste une petite fenetre qui donnait malheureusement au dessus d'une station de taxis! Alors inutile de vous dire que nous devions la maintenir fermée car la nuit , les chauffeurs hurlaient, riaient et parlaient très fort, on entendait tout comme s'ils étaient dans notre chambre, et tout cela ventilé par un brasseur d'air datant des années 2000 dont le bruit était infernal, heureusement qu'il existe les boules quies!!! il faudrait changer tout l'electroménager, appareils trop vieux, fournir une cafetiere a dosettes etc, le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas!

Appartement vue mer Los Christanos

Je suis très content du séjour dans cet appartement, un peu à l'écart de la foule de Las Americas, mais très bien placé avec un beau balcon face à la mer. Par contre, je suis très mécontent du processus de paiement défectueux d'Abritel qui m'a obligé à payer en liquide le solde du paiement. Le support en ligne m'a expliqué que c'était parce que le loueur était un professionnel. Inconcevable au temps du numérique.
