Super Old Town and beach apartment located in one of the best areas in Marbella Town. Located between the beach ( 2 mins walk ) , 5 minutes walk to the Old Town! A gem so close to Marbella's top attractions, with the shops and restaurants around ORANGE SQUARE.

Please note we have reduced our 2022 rates as there is construction going in across the road from our building.

You can immerse yourself in authentic Spanish feel of the area, Tapas bars and and fabulous local restaurants, small cake/ bread and grocery shops, or in a couple of minutes you can stroll along the Paseo with sea front restaurants , coffee shops, Parks, etc,

Or just spend a lazy the day on the beach.
The same used by the guests from the 5* El Fuerte Hotel opposite us...

The Marbella Marina is 5 minutes walk away from us . Take the Ferry to Puerto Banus marvel at the super yachts , people watch from Sinatra Bar...explore the designer shops. Its only a short bus ride or Taxi home.

Excellent transport from the airport , Taxi rank and local bus stops are just around the corner . no need for a car but there is a local parking facility , please enquire to see if we can arrrange reduced rates.

Good location, nice apartment.

For anyone who wants to stay in central Marbella, we can only recommend this spot. Close to the beach, shopping, oldtown, nightlife. Only cherry on top would have been a pool, but other than that, friendly, clean, comfortable and enough space for a family of 4.

Great location

The apartment is very well located. Walking distance to the old town, supermarket and the beach. Both A/C in the bedrooms were broken so we could only use the A/C in the kitchen/livingroom to cool down the entire apartment. There are also plenty of air fans available. There was only 1 toilet roll and no hand soap or showergel available. The kitchen had coffee, tea and sugar. And Oil, olive oil, vinegar and salt to cook. Tablets for the dishwasher were available too but not for the washing machine. We were warned by Iverna about the Hotel El Fuerte right in front being under construction, there was a bit of noise and dust but it wasn’t too bad. The 24h reception in the complex is very useful and the staff are very friendly. Marbella is a beautiful place to go on holidays and we will certainly be back ;-D

Goede locatie, alleen jammer van verbouwing

Mooi ruim appartement op een goede locatie. Je loopt zo naar de zee, boulevard en ouder dorp in. 24x7 bemande receptie met zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige mensen. Helaas wordt aan de overkant het hotel fuerte volledig gerenoveerd, waardoor de hele dag er herrie en stof was een het niet fijn was om buiten te zitten. De airco's in de slaapkamers waren kapot waardoor 1 airco het hele appartement moest koelen. Dat ging net niet. (er zijn wel diverse monteurs geweest om ze te laten maken)

The selling point was simply the location ! for the unique authentic Spanish experience so close to the beach yet only minutes from Marbella's gorgeous Old Town.
Puerto Banus is a short 10 minute drive away or take the ferry from the port beside us to arrive by sea and appreciate it as the designer Jose Banus intended!!
