Ideal and Convenient location

Only a 17 minute walk(or you can take public transportation) from your door step along Ramblas de Catalunya or Passeig de Gracia with its many cafes and restaurants or upscale shops toward the historical old town. However there is a whole other interesting area around the quaint and atmospheric Gracia and upscale Eixample that not many talk about, and to explore as well. For us it was an ideal location, in a well run building in a quieter part of town.
