Arranged on two floors, the apartment overlooks a characteristic internal courtyard with a delightful grape pergola, the ideal place for outdoor dining in absolute tranquility.
A large balcony that follows the perimeter of the second floor guarantees a unique aspect to the entire context, transforming itself into a solarium area in the warm months.

The ideal number of guests for a correct usability of the apartment is 6, which can be extended to 10 in case of need. The subdivision of the spaces makes the apartment ideal for hosting up to two families.
The outdoor shower is a plus especially in the summer months.

The particular position and conformation of the apartment make it very cool even in the hottest weeks.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tourist tax: € 1.5 per person per night, up to a maximum of seven nights - to be paid in cash upon arrival. Each guest is required to pay their fee based on the days indicated in the booking regardless of their stay. The total of the tourist tax must be paid upon arrival: total days and total guests as indicated on the booking.
Identity documents: all guests must be registered according to Italian law and the documents (including photocopies) of all guests must be presented at check-in regardless of the actual arrival date of each guest.
Check-in: from 4pm.
Check-out: before 10:00.

UTILITIES
Utilities are included for stays up to 30 nights.
In case of stays longer than thirty nights, the utilities are charged to the guest.
