Furnished with contemporary and stylish décor, clean lines and modern furniture fill the house with character and flair.

A comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV sits in the living room for your comfort and entertainment, along with a glass coffee table and unique ornaments. The dining area that fits 4 is adjoining to it, followed by the kitchen, fully-equipped with cookwares and cutlery. It is at your disposal whether you feel like cooking or just heating up some takeaway.

The flat has 1 bedroom with a double bed fitted with fresh linens for your comfort. Along with a bathroom designed to be minimalistic with a white theme. It is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a sink and a mirror.

We also provide fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

A great neighbourhood with many cafes and restaurants around. My recommendation for restaurants is A Toquinha Do Setenta. They serve great food cheap and have a warm atmosphere!

My apartment is located just a 4-minute walk away from the 24 de Agosto commuter station. There is also a bus stop just down the road and you can easily explore Porto with it.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
