Host did not provide key instructions which would have made our stay..

Failure to identify our specific unit or the floor it was on caused much confusion. The key tag could have easily listed the apartment number. The two wall heating units were inoperable when we arrived. (It was a cold day) After the host repaired this, we found that we could not have the heat on in the house while we were using the electric oven (the stove top was gas. No where did it say the oven was electric) … or a hair dryer or any other heavy electric device. No where was any of this described.
