A two Bedroomed spacious high-end luxurious air conditioned (duplex) penthouse apartment very well-presented throughout, situated over two floors with use of the swimming pool 365 days a year. Accessed via stairs and lift with breath-taking views of the Indian Ocean. Very clean and well-equipped including Wi-Fi, DSTV, Netflix and Gaming area for children. The apartment is decorated to high standards throughout. Both the sitting room and the master bedroom lead out on to an amazing large balcony with the Indian Ocean right on your doorstep. A perfect place to sit and unwind with outside dinning on the ground floor balcony and swing chairs on the master bedroom balcony.
Situated just a few yards from the ocean, when the tides take a walk along the beach which lead to hotels, restaurants and sandy beach.
