Welcome to our home!

This newly designed home is located on the first floor via stairs and spread across two floors via stairs in the heart of West Kensington. Once inside, the bedrooms are located on the first floor, with the kitchen, lounge, and terrace on the top floor.

The apartment has a private terrace, a private balcony, an en suite bathroom, a spacious living area, and a modern kitchen with essentials. Appliances include a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and smart TV.

The home is equipped with Ultra Fast Broadband with minimum speeds of 100mpbs - perfect for working from home.

The bedrooms have queen beds and complimentary hotel-quality linens. An iron, iron board, and hairdryer are also available.

The bathrooms have all the necessities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property is on a quiet road with excellent transport links within a few minutes of walking.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note the home is currently on the housing market, and we may require viewings during your stay with notice.

The home is on the first floor (one up from the ground) via stairs. Once inside, there are two sets of stairs on each floor.

Please note there is ongoing construction down the street (not in or directly outside the home) where noise can be heard. Please note no compensation will be provided for this. We are unaware of any end date and do not expect significant disturbances.

Guests have access to the entire home.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

West Kensington is a beautiful, and much sought after, area of central London. You're never too far away from a great place to eat or drink, or catch a train to other spots in the city / country. Feeling hungry? You can check out: The Latymers (British/Thai), Cacciari's (Italian), and Yas (Persian). A Tesco superstore is nearby (10 min walk) to pick up some grocery items. Some major attractions nearby include The Design Museum, Holland Park, Notting Hill, Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and Shepherd's Bush. And with West Kensington station only 1 minute away by foot, you'll be connected to many other spots across the city in minutes.

West Kensington and Baron's Court Tube stations are within walking distance.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Very modern flat in good neighborhood. Right between 2 tube lines, cafes near : Great modern apartment. Lovely deck, rooms were huge and bathrooms were very nice (great water pressure and heat!). Two tube lines were nearby, as was a nice pub at end of block. Further on were many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores. We were there in December- but I can imagine it would be awesome in warmer weather using the big deck and small balcony. Stairs up to apartment were narrow and steep. It was ok for us. Nothing to be done about that, but it is something to be aware of if one has mobility concerns.

It'a a lovely little flat, but a few things...

We really enjoyed our stay in the flat, but there are some issues that need correcting and some suggestions to make the stay better for your guests: The first impression when arriving to the flat is less than stellar. The front stoop is dirty and is littered with trash, cigarette butts and there is some type of soggy, soaked construction type material that looks like it has been there for a very long time. Once opening the door to the building, one is greeted with a dirty, trash strewn foyer. While the owners of the flat might not own the building, it would be advisable to pay a cleaning crew to have the trash picked up, clean and scrub the stoop and foyer floors (it's pretty tile!), wipe baseboards and walls...a potted outdoor plant or planter box would be a nice touch on the stoop. The apartment was fairly clean but there needs to be more thorough cleaning under the beds and the toilets and baseboards. There were huge stains on the couch and smaller ones on the chair. The door to the patio is broken and doesn't close properly and so that is "tied" shut with an elastic cord from the step pillar to the door handle. The chair on the deck is broken. The wifi code on the instruction paper is not correct - we were able to get the proper password from the router itself. There were a few burned out lightbulbs. The towel warmer in the hall bathroom was not working. There is major construction going on next door - it would be best to tell your renters! Some suggestions to make a guests stay more enjoyable (beside fixing the above): Put small trash cans in each bathroom, a full length mirror in each, or at least one of the bedrooms, bedside reading lights that are bright enough for reading. The kitchen could use a few extra towels, or at least have a dish draining pad to put washed dishes onto. The hot-water heater was set very, very high and if not careful one could get burned - could turn it down to a more manageable temperature. Thank you!

Take the example of this apartment, its door is on the first floor, its bedrooms are on the second floor, and its living room is on the third floor. You have to go up 4 floors, and the problem is the small spiral staircase that barely accommodates your feet.
