The property is divided into two separate apartments both 50 square meters. Each comprises of 2 bedrooms (2+2 beds), bathroom with shower, and open plan kitchen / living room. terrace (15 square meters) and outdoor grill. Parking is available for 1 cars per apartment. For groups of 8 persons it is possible to book both apartment.

The closest village is Okrug Gornji - approximately 25 minutes on foot. There you can find a pharmacy, doctor, tourist office, cash dispenser, bars supermarket and restaurants. A further 5 minute walk away is Okrug Beach with many more restaurants, bars, cafes, sandy beach and marina with boat rental.j

A regular and inexpensive network of ferries to the many islands including Brac and Hvar, departing from Split. Local buses and Water taxis operate regularly from Ciovo to Trogir and Split - a pleasant way to get around. The UNESCO World Heritage site of Trogir is 2 km away. There you can meander through the myriad tiny streets offering restaurants, bars and beautiful Venetian influenced architecture or stroll around the local produce and fish markets or relax at waterfront cafe and watch the yachts and cruisers. Other places of interest are; Krka National Park (wilderness waterfall walkways). Split - 30 km. Ferries to Islands from Split.
