The Space:
Indulge in an unforgettable vacation with stunning sea and mountain views in a beautifully constructed stone house. You will be captivated by enchanting sunsets and have access to countless nearby beaches to suit all preferences.
The house boasts a spacious open-plan living room complete with a single sofa bed and a foldable bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. One loft bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bright, airy bathroom are also featured. For your comfort, all spaces are air-conditioned.
Guests can enjoy their favourite shows on TV, utilize the laundry room, and take advantage of free parking and Wi-Fi. Families with toddlers can request a playpen upon arrival.
Take pleasure in moments of relaxation and tranquillity on the expansive patio under the cooling pergola. There, you can unwind at any time of day while enjoying the shared pool.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full and unrestricted access to all areas of the house, including the shared garden, pool, and independent/private barbecue facilities. We want our guests to feel at home and have the freedom to fully enjoy their stay and make unforgettable memories.

Located on the slope of Mikri Mantinia, this property offers easy access to the nearest beach just 3km away. Within 5km, you'll find a mini-market, bakery, traditional taverns, and a few bars for your nightlife. Explore the many beautiful beaches in the surrounding area, such as Akrogiali (3km), Santova (5km), Kitries (6km), Mikri Mantineia (7km), Almyros (8km), and Kalamata (10km). The international airport of Kalamata is just 25km away.

The nearby city of Kalamata is a modern city with many cultural events happening throughout the year, and it's steeped in historical interest. Visit its medieval castle and many museums, take a walk through the streets of the historic center, or explore the large park with its award-winning outdoor train museum.

For recommended daily trips, we suggest visiting Ancient Messini (40km) and Ancient Thouria (20km) to experience ancient Greek culture. The medieval castle town of Mystras (64km) and Sparta (67km) offer a route of extraordinary natural beauty on the slopes of Taygetos. Explore the western Messinia region, which includes Polylimnio forest with its countless lakes and waterfalls (46km), the picturesque Pylos (65km), Methoni (75km), and Koroni (65km) with their medieval castles, the infamous Voidokilia Beach (67km), and the natural reserve of Gialova (64km).
