This villa has all the modern fittings including walk in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms to both bedrooms, balconies, washing machine and enclosed terrace perfect for drinks and meals. It has been lovingly restored in character with its traditional setting.
Only steps from the lake, located in the hamlet of Bolvedro, which is part of the town of Tremezzo. There are two restaurants literally just round the corner. Five minutes up the road is the centre of Azzano with a supermarket, pastry shop, newsagents and the best baker with in a 10km radius!
Almost next door to the ever famous Villa Sola where numeros events have taken place including fashion shows, mega weddings, movie sets and a number of comercials have been filmed here.

Borgo Bolvedro has quite the history being once butcher shop with rooms above for the family. The original shop entrance is now the entrance to the terrace and the original door hangs in the second floor bedroom. A lot of hard work by the new owner has given this lovely building a beating heart again, ready to host guests and to offer a unique Lake Como experience.
The property is almost totally free standing, with neighbours only to the back. The enclosed terrace is at the front and is surrounded by plants and with table and chairs to seat 4. It is protected by the balcony above so also offers shade in the hotter months and protection from the rain.
Entering the house you are welcomed into the open space living/dining/kitchen area, compact but everything fits together with flow and harmony. The large wooden table is unique in itself and is the centre point of the room, being a thick slab of hardwood imported from Australia! There is a fully equipped kitchen to prepare a simple coffee or a full Italian meal! The sitting area offers an antique Italian sofa. Wifi is available in all rooms.

Going up the stairs you reach the first bedroom that boasts an Italian double 160x200 (Queen size) en-suite bathroom with shower, walk in wardrobe and a lovely balcony with table and chairs where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee!

On the third floor is the master bedroom, also with an Italian double, en-suite bathroom with shower, walk in wardrobe and balcony as on the floor below. This bedroom is open space with lovely ceiling wood beams, very light and airy with feature windows that have been saved from the original build as many other nooks and corners.
