Logement appartement.
Logement très bruyant la nuit. Les seules fenêtres du logement donne sur la route. Beaucoup de toile d'araignée et de moutons sous les meubles et sol. Pas de balais pour nettoyer le sol.

I live in the south west of England on a smallholding, with a variety of animals.
I use to run a riding centre, but now my animals are all 'paddock ornaments'. 😁
I have a small camp site at my smallholding called Gable End Farm, which is named after my dear horse, Gable, who ended his days here.
I have written a book about my journey with my son through his home education to adulthood. It is called Radical Home Education.

Why they chose this property

I first fell in love with France in 1975 when I stayed with a family in the south west region of Lot et Garonne.
I have visited this region many times over the years and I now own my own house in a small village called Condat on the edge of Fumel.
I have named my house Chez-Tournesol, which means home of the sunflower, because this region grows this flower in abundance and I had my house completely renovated in a beautiful yellow colour.
I have set up Chez-Tournesol for holiday lets and for my own use. I plan to spend more time in France over the next few years.
I wish to improve my french language and explore the area in more depth, giving me a greater insight into this region of France; the geography and history.

What makes this property unique

I love the uniqueness of this region.
It has many places of interest to visit from historical to pre-historic.
