Fowler Interiors.com The families hard work in the design business has lead to the realization of this life long dream to buy a little get-away at the beach. The condo is dedicated in memory of Tracy's beloved late Mom, Jackie. The family stays in the condo often to enjoy vacation time and make sure everything is maintained to their high standards for guest. They have private caretakers that only care for their condo on Saturday to ensure that it is maintained immaculately. The family counts it a blessing to be able to share this special home with others.

Why Tracy chose Garden City Beach
We absolutely love the Garden City area. It it unspoiled and fills much like the beach villages of the 70's that we grew up with. Its very laid back and not nearly as crowded as Myrtle Beach. This is not an area where you feel you have to dress up to go anywhere. Our condo is located in a small community called Ocean Cove with 38 units. It is a low rise building of 3 stories. The building was built in the 1980's and survived hurricane Hugo. It is not fancy, but is certainly more well maintained than 95% of the condo buildings in our area. There is a very healthy HOA who works diligently to maintain this old girl. When I was looking to purchase a condo it was very important to me that the HOA was active in maintaining the property. Since I love beautiful interiors we spared no expense in the renovation and ripped all the walls down to the studs. The interior is all new and fit for the taste of a designer. This condo has, by far, the best ocean views and natural light of anything we could find in this area. The view out the side of our unit, across the pool and down the ocean to pier is just as stunning as the ocean view out the back. The screen porch really sealed the deal. It is cozy and private enough to have morning coffee in your bed head and sits smack dab on the ocean. We are located next to Conch Cafe (same owners for last 32 years) which is a favorite beach front restaurant just a few steps away. Having the outdoor beach locker to store all the beach garb was a big deal to us too. We keep beach mats, beach toys, floats, chairs, fishing nets, boogie boards and many other items for guest enjoyment. Additonally we have the prime spot on the beach, right at the end of the board walk, where Carter will put up your umbrella & 2 chairs ( in peak season).
What makes this Apartment unique
Our rates include nice bed linens, towels , cleaning, beach umbrella & 2 chairs put up on beach daily (in summer peak season). Our linens are privately owned and exclusive to our condo so they never leave our unit to insure cleanliness. We pay triple the price to have a private caretaker who details the condo exactly to our specs each week versus a rotating cleaning agency. Our caregiver only cares for our unit on Saturday and spends hours detailing after each guest departure. Our returning guest say our attention to detail is unsurpassed. Additionally, the conceirge service of beach chair and umbrellas put up daily in peak season is a $150-$185 value (Memorial Day - Labor Day). We strive to be a unique vacation experience.
