This outstanding three bedroom villa is located in the heart of Kapparis, on a quiet seafront, only 300 meters from the beach and local amenities.
This villa oozes with style, luxury and comfort.
As you walk in, there is a spacious living area with two set of sliding doors leading out to a large pool area and garden.
There is another door near the kitchen and dining area leading to a back garden with mature trees and outdoor shower.
On the ground floor is guest toilet. Upstairs is one en-suite master bedroom with another two bedrooms which share family bathroom.

Nice villa in nice location - but not perfect

- Awesome location near several beaches that can easily be walked to - Comfortable villa for up to 2 couples and possibly more guests / kids - well maintained pool - not very green around the house like with nearby villas - kitchenware very underwhelming, especially dishwasher - very basic beds, sheets, blankets - neighbours are really messy unfortunately, which was not really disturbing but a bit weird to see and it attracted stray cats

Kapparis Villa Sonja

Villa is spacious and clean but I’d say dated and in need of paint. Having said that, we thoroughly enjoyed Villa and it had everything you needed. Could walk to beach within mins and also main road with fab restaurants and bars.

vacances en famille

La maison est très bien située à côté de très belles plages. C'est dommage que l'arrière de la maison serve de toilette pour chat. Les matelas et la literie pourraient être de meilleures qualité. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à passer du temps dans la maison autour de la piscine. Il y avait tout le matériel nécessaire. Le quartier est très calme en tout cas en octobre.

Peaceful place

The villa was neat, clean and it was wonderfully quiet location, I missed more coocing utensils, but everything went well. Grill was was in a bit of a bad shape. we will definitely come again! <3
